本文將聚焦一群被社會負面標簽為讀書不成、做不了事的所謂「雙失青年」身上，從不同行業及工作崗位的前景與勞動力供求競爭角度入手，系統性地分析其發展特質，為那些對讀書缺乏興趣，又不介意從事體力勞動的青年，提供一個選擇，並希望藉此打破社會對青年求學求職觀念的條條框框，讓他們有更多元選擇，並有更寬闊的發展空間。
