Objectives
• To examine the development of family businesses and stock markets in three locations in Greater China: Shanghai, Taiwan, and Hong Kong
• To examine the effects of public listings on the transformation of family businesses and the growth of economies through opening markets to private enterprises
• To explore the rise of Chinese capitalism
• To explore the formation of a collaborative financial network among the three stock markets to further enhance competitiveness on the global economic stage
